The legislation would take effect on the first of January, but there has been a lot of indistinctness. But now it is clear, the regulator is obliged to offer a two-year deferment until 1 January 2019. However, if the industry offers good alternatives, the regulations may undergo modifications. So now the industry is on again to work out a plan.
